A run down 3-bedroom apartment in Cernobbio, Lake Como, required innovative space planning to divide the property into luxury apartments.
Brief
• Create 2 x 1-bedroom luxury properties.
• Design bespoke kitchen and bathrooms with high quality fittings and finishes.
Concept
• Two luxury apartments created with communal hallway.
• Layout designed to accentuate views, natural light and spatial quality
• Dressing rooms, quality fittings, security and ample storage have been designed into both apartments catering to the contemporary lifestyle
• Kitchens and bathrooms are fitted with the best high quality fittings, with maintenance a key factor.
