To conceptualise & bring-to-market a ‘design-statement’ apartment incorporating luxurious fittings and finishes.



Essential to sale was the attainment of top selling position in the local property market in order to yeild a high profit.

Brief

• Despite the entrance being on a busy London road, capitalise on key attributes of high ceilings, outdoor terrace and garden views.



• Upgrade Kitchen, Bathroom and Terrace.




• Restyle main living areas with eye-catching feature designs and add luxury fittings and fixtures.



• Achieve high yield on sale and premium sales positions in the local market .


Concept

• Restored period detail together with luxury finishes and 'WOW factor' wallpapers.



• Redesigned the master bedroom to create a walk in wardrobe, restoring calm and space to the bedroom.




• Upgraded bathroom & kitchen to incorporate luxury fittings with maintenance free finishes and added under-floor insulation after removal of carpet .



• Expanded a cramped entrance into a large open hallway linking the back and front areas of the apartment.



• Upgraded garden terrace with added privacy screening.
